Care Hero) provides online products and services (collectively, the "Services") through our mobile applications and gocarehero.com (collectively, the "Site") that provide tools to engage in supportive care management for persons requiring care assistance and caregiver matching services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information.

This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") outlines the information Care Hero collects from users of the Site ("Users", "you"), Care Hero Partners, and how we may use and disclose this information. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your information and how you can manage and update this information. Information You Provide Directly to Care Hero

For All Users:

• Communications Data: Based on our exchanges with you, including when you contact us through the Service.
• Marketing Data: Your preferences for receiving our marketing communications and details about your engagement with them.

SMS and Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number to Care Hero, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Palm Care, Inc. (dba. Care Hero) regarding caregiver onboarding, scheduling, compliance updates, and other service-related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share your phone number or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with any third party.

For Caregivers

• Personal Information: Full name, age, work history, clinical license, driver's license (applicable for medical transportation services), qualifications, references, languages spoken, video self-introduction, and other information needed to conduct background checks.
• Self-reported Data: Caregiving experience, skills, availability, and other information submitted via profiles.
• Background Check Information: Results of criminal background checks and other screenings as required for safety and compliance.

For Families & Care Recipients

• Personal Information: Full name, contact information, address, age, chronic conditions, and any additional information provided to help match you with the right caregiver.
• Care Status: Information about members of the Care Circle and the caregiver, including living situation.
• Care Needs: Duration of care, type of care needed, caregiver requirements, and how supporters can help the care recipient.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Account Registration: Register you to use the Site and authenticate your identity.
• Caregiver Matching: Provide caregiver matching services between caregivers and families/seniors in need of services.
• Profile Display: Display caregiver profiles, skills, and availability on our platform to families and seniors searching for care.
• Verification: Verify the accuracy of caregiver information through background checks and screenings.
• Communication: To contact you about services, matches, or updates to our platform.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share data as necessary to fulfill the services provided by Go Care Hero, such as sharing caregiver profiles with families.

Use for content generation: The information you share with us will be used for generating your introduction and facilitating communication using large language models.

• Between Families and Caregivers: Relevant information will be shared for the purpose of providing care services.
• Third Parties That Provide Requested Benefits: At your direction, we will submit your information to the appropriate third parties for service requests.

For caregivers, your profile data may be stored as long as your profile is active on the platform. Information may persist in copies made for backup and business continuity purposes for additional time, considering applicable rules on statute of limitations and at least the duration of your use of our Site and Services.
